Joshua Komisarjevsky, 31, is taken from the New Haven, Conn. Superior Courthouse by Connecticut judicial marshals after the first day of jury deliberations for the penalty phase which Komisarjevsky was convicted for the triple murders of Jennifer Hawke-Petit, 48, and her two daughters Hayley Petit, 17, and Michaela Petit, 11.
